Your website is built as plain, finished pages. There's no WordPress, no plugins and no server code running behind it, so there's nothing for a hacker to break into and nothing you ever have to update.
Need more than pages, like booking, payments or a shop? Each one is added as its own small, separate piece, using trusted services like Stripe for payments. If one piece ever has a problem, the rest of your website keeps running.

The first page carries the design: colors, layout, phone and computer versions, Google setup and your contact form. Every page after that uses the same design, so it costs less.
That's fine. You pay for the build, half to start and half when your website goes live. You get your website files and host it on your own account, and any changes later are quoted when you need them.
